Why This Resource Exists
Michigan public information is spread across agencies. Delta County does not publish a live jail roster or recent-release archive, so a person who left the county jail cannot be confirmed by simply widening an online date filter. The Sheriff's release entry documents the local exit. MiCOURT may show the order that authorized it. MDOC's OTIS search applies to state prisoners and supervision, while the BOP and ICE systems answer only their own custody questions.
This site brings those official release-record, offender-search, court, notification, and supervision routes into a clear local framework. It also distinguishes a community release from a transfer to another agency. The goal is navigation, not custody adjudication or legal advice.
Resources Organized Here
The site is arranged around the agency that owns the record and the type of release question being asked.
- The home page provides the complete named-person search chain and Delta County release-record request steps.
- Separate pages explain the Inmate Release Date, VINELink Release Check, and Parole / Probation routes.
- Facility pages give verified addresses, telephone numbers, operator details, and the correct release or placement boundary.
- Recent-release pages explain the official fallback when no county feed exists.
- Booking-photo instructions point to official records custodians and never present an arrest image as proof of current custody or guilt.
Limits of This Site
Delta County Released Inmates is privately operated. It has no affiliation with the Delta County Sheriff's Office, Delta County Correctional Facility, MDOC, MDHHS, a court, or any other government body. It does not hold official jail, court, prison, or release records.
- We cannot release, detain, or transfer a person.
- We cannot post bond, arrange a visit, or send funds for a visitor.
- We cannot confirm a current custody status or interpret a court order as legal advice.
- We cannot guarantee that an agency's address, fee, office hour, or interface will never change.
Only the office that created or controls a record can give an official status, certified copy, or correction.
Third-Party Search Partners
Some pages contain search tools supplied by outside providers. Those companies control their own results, pricing, data practices, and signup terms. If a visitor chooses a paid product after using a partner tool, this site may receive a referral fee. That support helps keep the reference pages available without giving this site control over the partner's records or charges.
